Also included in this latest image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
